What happens to your skip waste?
Every single skip we collect—from small domestic skips to massive RoRo containers—is brought back to our specialized, SEPA-licensed waste transfer station. Here, it goes through an intensive sorting process. We separate materials such as wood, metal, rigid plastics, cardboard, and aggregates.
Why it matters for Edinburgh
By preventing waste from entering Scottish landfills, we reduce greenhouse gas emissions and provide recycled aggregates and biofuels back to the construction industry. We currently achieve a massive 98% diversion from landfill rate.
